Shadow Day Frequently Asked Questions

What can my daughter expect during her shadow day?
Students start the shadow day by meeting up with their student ambassador in the GALS front office. They join their ambassador for morning movement and two academic classes. They’ll have a great picture of a typical day at GALS!

What should my daughter bring to her shadow day?
Many girls find they’re most comfortable if they join us in the GALS dress code. The simplest way to do so is to wear athletic gear and tennis shoes. We recommend that girls bring a healthy snack (no nuts, please), water bottle, notebook, and pen/pencil to their shadow day. Your student will be on campus for lunch time, so in addition to a healthy snack, she should bring her lunch and a refillable water bottle.
